Our standard deliveries are between Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Unfortunately we are not able to guarantee a specific time for delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, but should that not be possible for any reason, we will contact you to confirm the estimated delivery date.
FREE delivery is available for UK Mainland postcodes.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us on
email@example.com within 48 hours of the receipt of the goods. Please include your name and order number in the e-mail. Please note, we will not accept any returns on custom made items.
You will be issued with a Returns Authorisation Number which must be clearly marked on the returned rug(s). You can then return the rug(s) in the original condition to us within 7 days of original receipt.
Once we have received the rug(s), we will refund the full purchase price within 10 working days. Unfortunately we will not be able to cover the cost of the return shipping, unless the rug(s) are faulty.
When you return the rug(s) please make sure they are in the original condition, are packaged in the original packaging. Please make sure you do not fold the rug as it may damage it.
Unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund for goods that do not have a Returns Authorisation Number, returned later than 14 days after the receipt, are damaged (by the customer or in transit), dirty or not packaged properly.
IF THE RUG YOU PURCHASED IS FAULTY
In the unlikely event that the rug you purchased is faulty, please notify us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of the original receipt. Please make sure you include your name and order number in your e-mail and also a brief description of the fault.
We will then arrange to pick up the faulty rug and replace it. If an identical replacement is not available, we will suggest an alternative or offer to refund the full amount.
If the fault is not confirmed when we inspect it, the customer will be liable for all shipment charges for the return and replacement.
Please note, shedding is not unusual for wool rugs and is not considered to be a fault.
The sizes are for guideline only and slight variations occur.
We make every effort to reproduce the colours of the products accurately, but there might be variations depending on your monitor settings. We will not accept the rug as faulty if its colour is different from the one displayed on your screen.
You can cancel your order anytime before your goods have been dispatched. If your order was for a custom made item, we will only accept the order cancellation if the production of the order has not started. If the order has been dispatched, please see the Refunds Policy above.
